固定桥基牙牙槽骨的光弹应力分析——垂直向加载

摘    要:作者采用低弹性模量的环氧树脂材料模拟牙周膜,并改进了实验装置,使实验模拟更接近人体的实际情况。对垂直受载的两基牙固定桥和三基牙固定桥基牙牙槽骨的受力进行了分析,得到了定量分析的结果。

Abstract:The fixed bridge is a prosthesis adoptedusually in oral cavity clinic. In order to de-sign an ideal fixed bridge which can servethe purpose of protecting abutment, we muststudy carefully the mechanical behaviourof the alveolar bone of abutment of thefixed bridge, especial1y pay full attentionto the state of stress concentration. Epoxy resin with a low modulus wasused to simulate the periodontal membrane,and the experment device was also im-proved. The simulated model was similar tooral cavity state of the human being. Aquantitative analysis was also made aboutthe stress on the alveolar bone of two-unitabutments and three-unit abutments of thefixed bridges when vertical force wasapplied. Conclusions: 1. When the alveolar bone of abutmentof the fixed bridge is under vertical loading.The primary bearing of the alveolar bone istensile stress. The stress concentration on themedial and distal marginal ridge of molar andpremolar is showed. 2. The compressive stress on the alveolarbone of abutment of the fixed bridge is lessthan tensile stress. 3. The stress concentration on the mar-ginal ridge of two-unit abutment of the fixedbridge is 70.14 kg/cm~2; but that of three-unit abutment is leduced to 26.39 kg/cm~2.So the three-unit abutment of the fixedbridge is a good design.
