| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨天津市区妊娠期糖尿病(gestational d iabetesm ellitus,GDM)的发生率。方法:于2001~2004年对天津市内6区孕26~30周的妇女进行口服50 g葡萄糖筛查试验。血糖≥7.8 mmol/L者,做葡萄糖耐量试验,以发现妊娠期糖尿病。结果:4年共筛查44 866名孕妇,其中筛查阳性2 526名孕妇,占5.63%。阳性者全部接受葡萄糖耐量试验,1078名孕妇被诊断为GDM,占2.40%。结论:天津市区近4年GDM发生率为1.32%~3.74%,且呈逐年上升趋势。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the incidence of gestationaldiabetes mellitus(GDM) in Tianjin city.Methods:During 2001~2004,50 g oral glucose screening test(GST) was taken to the pregnant for about 26~30 weeks in Tianjin;the pregnant women with glucose value of 7.8 mmol/L or above took OGTT for GDM.Results:44 866 pregants were investigated during this four years,among which 2 526 were positive,accouting for 5.63%,to accept glucose tolerance test(OGTT),only 1 078 were diagnosed as GDM,accouting for 2.40%.Conclusion:In these 4 years in Tianjin,the incidence of GDM was 1.32%~3.74%,and had ascending trend year by year. |
