定期回访对社区高血压病人遵医率影响研究

目的：探讨定期回访对社区高血压病人遵医率的影响，为开展高血压病社区护理提供客观依据。方法：将泸州市江阳区濂溪路社区高血压病人126例按出院顺序编号，随机分为干预组63例和对照组63例。干预组：按出院医嘱给予出院指导，每月建立家庭回访，进行血压、饮食、运动、服药回访和指导；对照组：按出院医嘱给予出院指导，不进行任何干预。随访6月后对2组高血压病人患者遵医率进行比较。结果：干预组高血压病人的血压控制、体重控制和高血压知识的知晓情况和遵医情况明显好于对照组，2组之间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：对社区高血压病人建立定期回访制度能够有效提高病人的遵医率，有效控制高血压和体重，同时能够很好掌握高血压知识及较好地遵医嘱服药。

Impact of regular visit on compliance rate of community hypertensive patients to doctor's advice

Objective： To investigate the effect of regular visits on community hypertension patient＇s compli- ance rate. Methods： According to the hospital discharge sequence number, 126 hypertension patients lived in Lianxi Road community, Jiangyang District, Luzhou City, were randomly divided into intervention group 63 cases and control group 63 cases. The intervention group except discharge guidance according to discharge instructions, received monthly family visit to get guidance about blood pressure, diet, exercise,and medication. The control group only received discharge guidance, without any other intervention. Both groups were followed-up after six months; the compliance rate to doctor＇s advice were compared. Results： In intervention group ,the blood pres- sure control, weight control, hypertension knowledge and compliance rate were significantly better than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion- The establishment of regular visit system can raise the compliance rate of patient with hypertension to doctor＇s advice.
