| 摘 要： | 参苓白术散出自宋代《太平惠民和剂局方》，纵观古今医案，历代学者以及医家都非常重视该方。笔者从事脾胃病临床工作20余年，此次有幸成为第三批全国优秀中医临床人才研修学员，跟随陈绍宏教授师承学习，在运用参苓白术散治疗脾胃疾病方面偶有所得。现将研修心得与临证感悟跟大家交流，详见以下病案举例。

| Abstract: | Shenling Baizhu powder first comes from the formulas book ＂Taiping Huimin Heji Ju Fang＂ of Song Dynasty. Throughout the ancient and modern medical records scholars and physicians have attached great importance to this powder. The author engaged in clinical work of spleen and stomach diseases for more than 20 years,had the honor to become one of the students of the class of clinical resarch and study for the batch of na- tional outstanding personnel of Chinese medicine, and learned the usage of Shenling Baizhu powder in treating spleen and stomach diseases from professor Chen Shaohong. Some of the studying and clinical experiences I fortu- itously gained will be shared with you in the following four case-reports and discussions. |
