化疗药胸腔灌注配合深部热疗治疗恶性胸水的护理观察

目的：探讨胸腔灌注化疗药配合深部热疗治疗恶性胸水的护理。方法：68例恶性胸水患者采用随机数字法随机分为2组，治疗组给予胸腔灌注羟喜树碱＋复方苦参注射液配合深部热疗治疗，对照组给予胸腔灌注羟喜树碱＋复方苦参注射液治疗。2组均予以专科护理，治疗组同时给予热疗护理。结果：治疗组有效率为85．71％，对照组有效率66．67％，2组疗效差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），2组不良反应差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：羟喜树碱＋复方苦参注射液胸腔灌注联合深部热疗治疗恶性胸水疗效确切，不良反应少，正确的护理干预是保证疗效和减少不良反应的基础，值得临床推广应用。

Nursing observation of deep hyperthermia combined with intrapleural perfusion of drugs of chemotherapy in malignant pleural effusion

Objective ：To observe the effectiveness of deep hyperthermia combined with thoracic perfusion of hydroxy camptothecin （HCPT） plus compound Kushen injection,and special nursing intervention. Methods： 68 patients with malignant pleural effusion were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group received thoracic perfusion （HCPT plus compound Kushen injection） combined with deep hyperthermia treatment; while the control group only received thoracic perfusion. Both groups were under general care;the treatment group was given special post-hyperthermia nursing besides. Results： The effective rate was 85.71% and 66.67% in the treatment group and control group （P 〈 0.05）. The difference of adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion： The thoracic perfusion of HCPT ＋ compound Kushen injection combined with deep hyperthermia treatment and special nursing were effective in malignant thoracic effusion patients. Few severe adverse reactions were observed. Proper nursing intervention is important to ensure the efficacy and reduce adverse reactions.
