| Abstract: | Internally hospital behavior identification system （BIS） specifies employee＇s behavior;externally,it communicates the image of the hospital to the public. Through case study of BIS construction practice in the TCM hospital affiliated to Luzhou medical college, this paper aims to expound the role of BIS in promoting the hospital brand building. |
