| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中药湿敷预防化疗后静脉炎疗效观察疗效。方法：将76例鼻咽癌化疗患者，随机分为实验组（中药湿敷）及对照组（硫酸镁组），观察2组出现静脉炎例数。结果：实验组发生静脉炎6例（15．8％），对照组24例（65．8％）发生静脉炎。2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论：中药湿敷明显降低化疗患者静脉炎的发生率，减轻患者不适。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the effect of wet compressing of Chinese medicine in prevention of chemotherapy-induced phlebitis. Methods： 76 cases of Nasopharyngeal carcinoma were randomly divided into experimental group （using Chinese medicine） group and normal group （using magnesium sulfate）,occurrence of phlebitis were observed. Results： In experimental group phlebitis occurred in 6 cases （15.8%）, while in control group 24 cases （65.8%）. There was significant difference between two groups （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion： Wet compressing of Chinese medicine can reduce the incidence rate of chemotherapy-induced phlebitis,and relieve the discomfort. |
