~(99)Tc-亚甲基二膦酸盐注射液治疗乳腺癌骨质疏松及骨痛的评价

目的探讨99Tc-亚甲基二膦酸盐注射(99Tc-MDP,云克)治疗乳腺癌激素治疗后骨质疏松及骨痛的临床效果。方法乳腺癌激素治疗后,应用骨密度测定及骨显像检查确诊为骨质疏松、骨痛患者30例。以临床表现及骨痛分为3组,使用99Tc-MDP治疗,同时加用钙剂和活性维生素D3,观察患者的症状、体征。结果经过99Tc-MDP治疗后总有效率为90%,显著率为47%,有效率为43%,无效率为10%。结论99Tc-MDP能有效改善乳腺癌激素治疗后的骨质疏松及骨痛的临床症状,治疗后不良反应少。

The therapeutic effect of 99Tc-MDP for the treatment of osteoporosis and bone pain in patients with breast cancer

ObjectiveTo explore the effect of 99Technetium Methylenediphosphonate Injection(Yun Ke,99Tc-MDP) on breast cancer patients with osteoporosis and bone pain after the therapy of hormone.MethodsAfter the therapy of hormone,30 patients who were diagnosed were divided into 3 groups according to the clinical feature and bone pain,then treated with 99Tc-MDP,calcium medicament and dihydroxyvitamin D3.Eventually the symptoms and signs of patients were observed.ResultsAfter the treatment of 99Tc-MDP,total efficiency was 90%,excellent efficiency was 47%,efficiency was 43%,inefficiency was 10%.Conclusion99Tc-MDP can effectivelly relieve the clinical symptoms of breast cancer patients with osteoporosis and bone pain after treated with hormone and its side effects are mild.
