通心络对糖尿病肾病尿白蛋白排泄率的影响

目的观察通心络对糖尿病肾病(diabitic nephropathy,DN)尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)的影响.方法选择72例Ⅲ～Ⅳ期DN患者,随机分为两组,各36例.在常规降糖,降压药治疗的基础上,治疗组加用通心络胶囊,每日6粒分3次口服,连用8周,观察治疗前后UAER,D-D聚体,糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C),血尿素氮(BUN),血肌酐(SCr),总胆固醇(TC),甘油三酯(TG)的变化.结果治疗组BUN,SCr,TC,TG治疗后UAER,D-D聚体,BUN,SCr,TC,TG明显下降,治疗前后比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);两组治疗前后HbA1C差异无显著性(P>0.05).结论通心络可明显降低糖尿病肾病患者的UAER及D-D聚体,并有改善肾功能及降低血脂的作用.

Effects of Tongxinluo Capsule on Urinayalbumin Excretion Rate of Diabitic Nephropathy

Objective To study the effects of Tongxinluo capsule on Urinaryalbumin excretion rate (UAER) of diabitic nephropathy (DN).Methods Sixty patients of type 2 diabitic with DN were randomly divided into control group and treated group.UAER,D-polymer,HbA_1C,blood ureanitrogen(BUN),suremcreatinine(SCr),blood lipids(TC,TG) figures were compared between two groups before treatment and eight weeks after treatment.Results After treatment,UAER,D-polymer,BUN,SCr,TC,TG had been decreased significantly in treated group (P<0.05);there were significantly differences in between treatment group and control group (P<0.05);while no significant decrease of HbA_1C,had been found in both groups during the follow-up (P>0.05).Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule can decreased proteinuria and D-polymer,BUN,SCr,TC,TG of the patients with DN.
