小球囊扩张术治疗食管癌放疗后管腔良性狭窄的临床观察

目的探讨应用小球囊扩张术治疗食管癌放疗后管腔中、重度良性狭窄的临床治疗价值。方法在X线导引下，应用直径0．8～1．0cm．长度8．0cm哑铃型小球囊对40例食管癌放疗后中、重度良性狭窄患者进行扩张治疗。结果40例患者全部扩张成功，即时有效率100％；吞咽困难症状解除或缓解，无穿孔、大出血等并发症。结论小球囊扩张术治疗食管癌放疗后管腔中、重度良性狭窄创伤小、效果好、痛苦小、并发症少，是一种简单易行、安全可靠且易接受的治疗方法。

Small balloon dilatation for the treatment of benign postradiation esophageal luminal stenosis in patients with esophageal carcinoma

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of small balloon dilatation in the treatment of moderate or severe benign postradiation esophageal luminal stenosis in patients with esophageal carcinoma.Methods Small dumbbell-type balloon dilatation was performed in 40 cases of moderate or severe benign postradiation esophageal luminal stenosis in patients with esophageal carcinoma under 500 mA X-ray machine and its DSA surveillance systems.Results The tecnicall successful rate was 100%.All the dysphagia symptoms alleviated or disappeared,and no severe operation related complications occurred.Conclusion Small balloon dilatation is a safe and effective method in the treatment of benign postradiation esophageal luminal stenosis in patients with esophageal carcinoma.
