青果脂肪酸成分的超临界CO_2萃取及其测定

摘    要:应用超临界CO_2萃取技术对青果进行化学成分的提取,并用GC-MS联用技术测定了其中脂肪酸成分及相对含量.结果:除主要成分与文献基本一致外,十六烯酸、亚麻酸、花生酸、花生烯酸及山嵛酸为首次在青果中发现.

Abstract:The chemical constituents were extracted from canarium album by supercritical CO2 fluid ex-traction. And their fatty acids and relative contents were determined by GC-MS. Besides the main constituents according with the literature, the many other new constituents were obtained from the species forthe first time ,such as hexadecylenic acid, linolenic acid, arachidic acid, eicosenoic acid, and docosanoic acid.
