腹腔镜巨大子宫全切除术50例临床分析

目的:研究腹腔镜巨大子宫全切除术的手术要点和临床价值。方法:分析超过如12孕周大的子宫施行腹腔镜下子宫全切除术50例患者的临床资料。结果:50例患者均在腹腔镜下完成子宫全切术,无中转开腹,手术时间(138.2±45.5)m in,术中出血量(210.8±64.3)m l,术后平均住院(4.2±1.3)d。未发生输尿管、膀胱和直肠等内脏损伤等并发症。结论:巨大子宫全切术可以在腹腔镜下完成,并能取得良好效果。但必须熟悉盆腔、输尿管及血管解剖,熟练掌握腹腔镜操作技巧。

Study of laparoscopic hysterectomy of gigantic uteri:with a report of 50 cases

Objective:To study the operative techniques and clinical value of total laparoscopic hysterectomy of gigantic uteri.Methods:Fifty cases with gigantic uteri underweht total laparoscopic hysterectomy.The clinical data of 50 cases was analyzed retrospectively.Results:All the cases were performed total laparoscopic hysterectomy successfully with no conversion occurred.The operative time was(138.2±45.5)min,intraoperative blood loss was(210.8±64.3)ml,and the postoperative hospitalization was(4.2±1.3) d.There were no complications related to the injury of ureter,bladder and rectum.Conclusions:Total laparoscopic hysterectomy of gigantic uteri is safe and feasible.It is important for the operator to be familiar with pelvic anatomy and the use of different equipments to perform the procedure.
