| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨切开复位解剖钢板内固定治疗Pilon骨折的分类、手术时机,治疗方法和临床效果。方法及结果：本组21例II,III型Pilon骨折（Ruedi-Allgower分型）采用切开复位解剖钢板内固定,术后随访12至28个月。按Mazur疗效评价标准：优：12例,良：5例,可：3例,差：1例。结论：切开复位解剖钢板内固定是治疗Pilon骨折较理想的方法。临床效果与骨折类型密切相关。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the effect of open reduction and plate fixation for the treatment of Pilon fracture classification,surgical time,treatment modalities and clinical results.Methods and results:The open reduction and internal fixation are used in 21 cases of II,III type Pilon fracture(Ruedi-Allgower type).Patients are followed up for 12-28 months.According to Mazur scoring system,there are 12 excellent cases,5 good cases,3 normal cases,and 1 poor case.Conclusion: Anatomical open reduction and plate fixati... |
