摘    要:目的研究北五味子藤茎挥发油成分.方法运用气相层相-质谱分析技术分析了北五味子藤茎挥发油成分.结果及结论分离出132个峰,鉴定了37个成分,占挥发油总含量的57.199%.结果表明北五味子藤茎挥发油主要成分为2-十三酮(2-Tridecanone(5.476%)),[ ]-桥-二环倍半水芹烯([ ]-Epi-bicyclosesquiphellandrenel(15.307%)),[S-(Z)]-3,7,11-三甲基-1,6,10-十二三烯-3-醇(1,6,10-Dodecatrien-3-ol,3,7,11-trimethyl-[S-(Z)]-(14.410%).

Abstract:The essential oil from Caulis of Schisandra Chinensis(Turcz.)baill. was detected by Gas Chromatograph-Mass Spectrometer(GC-MS),132 components were separated and 37 of them were qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed,all the components represent about 57.199% Of the total content. The results showed that 2-Tridecanone(5.476%),-Epi-bicyclosesquiphellandrene1(15.307%),1,6,10-Dodecatrien-3-ol,3,7,11-trimethyl--(14.410%),and etc. was the main components of the essential oil from Caulis of Schisandra Chinensis( Turcz.)baill.
