中药液冲洗防治鼻咽癌患者放射治疗副作用的疗效观察

目的观察中药液冲洗对鼻咽癌患者进行鼻咽部放疗后所产生毒副作用的疗效。方法将300例鼻咽癌患者随机分为试验组(中药液冲洗)150例,对照组(0.9%氧化钠溶液冲洗)150例。观察两组患者放疗过程中放射性反应及放射性毒副反应情况。结果试验组在放疗期间鼻咽粘膜反应轻、分泌物减少、呼吸情况良好、细菌感染率低。与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论中药液冲洗是预防鼻咽癌患者放射反应及放射性毒副反应的有效手段。

Clinical Effect Observation of Flushing Nasopharynx of NPC Patients to Protect and Treat the Toxicity of Radiotherapy With the Chinese Medicine Liquid

Objective To observe the effect of flushing nasopharynx of NPC patients with the Chinese Medicine Liquid to protect and treat the adverse reaction of the radiotherapy.Methods 300 NPC patients were randomly divided into trial group(Chinese Medicine liquid,n=150) and the control group(0.9%Natii chloride,n=150).To observe the reaction and toxicity of the radiotherapy.Results In the trial group,the mucosa reaction and secretion of nasopharynx and oropharynx,the statement of respiratory allaied,and rate of the bacterence is low.Comparing to the control group,there was a statistic difference.Conclusion Flushing nasopharynx with Chinese Medicine Liquid is an effective way to protect and treat the reaction and toxicity of the radiotherapy for NPC patients.
