| 摘 要： | RNA干扰原理的发现及深入研究为治疗慢性乙型肝炎开辟了一条新的途径.该文就RNA干扰技术在治疗慢性乙型肝炎领域中,针对靶序列和载体的选择、小干扰RNA抑制病毒量效关系及该技术在拉米夫定耐药毒株中的作用等方面的研究现状进行综述,并对其应用前景进行展望.

| Abstract: | The discovery and advanced studies of RNA interference (RNAi) break a new path for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B. This article reviews the most critical roadblocks and concerns for clinical RNAi delivery, such as the choice of target sequences and vectors,the dose-effect relation of siRNA's inhibition on viral replication and its inhibitory effect on lamivudine drug-resistant . The current rapid advances create realistic optimism that the establishment of RNAi as a new and potent clinical modality in humans is prospected. |
