先天性心脏病患儿父母心理健康状况

目的了解先天性心脏病患儿父母的心理健康状况。方法用自编一般情况调查表调查人口学方面的资料,采用精神症状自评量表(SCL-90),生活事件量表(LES),应付方式问卷,生活满意度指数A量表(LSRA)评定观察组及对照组人群的心理健康状况。结果患儿父母SCL-90的各因子得分在躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖因子方面明显高于健康儿童的父母;患儿父母的LES的总分(22.34±5.31)分]和负性事件的评分(14.16±2.59)分],显著高于健康儿童父母(16.36±3.26)分,(5.16±2.58)分];在应付外界所引起的压力时,患儿父母比健康儿童父母更能面对现实问题,多想办法解决问题,能积极去寻求帮助;患儿父母的LSRA评分(9.68±2.37)分]明显低于健康儿童的父母(12.57±2.21)分]。结论先天性心脏病患儿的父母精神压力明显高于健康儿童的父母,并存在更多的心理卫生问题。

Mental health status of parents of children with congenital heart disease

ObjectiveTo investigate the mental health status of parents of children with congenital heart disease. MethodsThe demographic data were investigated with the self-designed inventory, and their mental health statuses were evaluated with symptom cheeklist 90 (SCL-90), life event scale (LES), way of dealing with stress questionnaire, and life satisfaction index A (LSIA). ResultsThe total scores of SCL-90 and the scores on somatization, depression, anxiety, and photic anxiety were higher in the observe group than those in the control group. The total scores of LES and negative events were higher in the observe group than that in the control group. It is different in the coping with the problems of family and society relations between the two groups. The parents of congenital heart disease children could more affront the realistic problems, found more brain storm to solve problems and could more initiatively sought help than the parents of normal children. The score of LSIA in the control group was higher than that in the observe group.ConclusionThe parents of congenital heart disease children have more mental stress and more psychological problems.
