大白鼠杏仁核的传出联系——放射自显影术研究

摘    要:用放射自显影术对杏仁核的传出投射作了探讨。实验结果表明:杏仁核具有广泛的传出联系,主要包括:①额叶,终纹,终纹床核;②丘脑内、外侧核;③下丘脑内、外侧核,未定带;④黑质致密部,兰斑,脑干网状结构,迷走神经背核,孤束核。实验结果为杏仁核参与内脏活动的调节提供了形态学依据。

Abstract:The efferent connections of nucleus amygdaloideus of the rat have been studied by autoradiography.Experimental results showed that the nucleus amygdaloideus has extensive efferent connections,including (1)lobus frontalis and bed nucleus of the stria terminalis,(2) nucleus medialis thalami and nucleus lateralis thalami,(3) nucleus medialis hypothalami,nucleus lateralis hypothalami and zone incerta,(4) zona compacla of the substantio nigra,nucleus locus coeruleus,formatio reticularis of the brain stem,nucleus dorsalis nervi vagi and nucleus of the solitary tract.On the basis of the experimental results mentioned above the authors suggest that physiological functions of the nucleus ' amygdaliodeus might be as follows:(1) regulating vicera activity (2) taking part in the sensory and analgesia mechanism of the nervous system.
