18起三氯乙烯所致职业性损害的调查

目的：对深圳市龙岗区1995～2004年18宗三氯乙烯所致职业性损害事故进行调查分析。为防治三氯乙烯所致职业性损害提供科学资料。方法：按职业病诊断标准对收集的18起三氯乙烯职业性损害资料进行分析。结果：18起事故中，损害21人，其中死亡7人，死亡率33．3％。18起事故中，三氯乙烯药疹样皮炎17起，患者20人，其中死亡6人，死亡率30．0％，三氯乙烯急性中毒1起，患者1人，死亡1人。结论：在我区三氯乙烯所致职业性损害主要表现为三氯乙烯药疹样皮炎；造成事故原因主要为密闭通风排毒措施不佳，个人防护较差，职工缺乏安全防护知识所致。

THE ANALYSIS OF 18 OCCUPATIONAL DAMAGE CASES BY TRICHLOROETHYLENE

Objective:To analysis the 18 occupational damage cases by tricholoroethylene(TCE) from 2000 to 2004 and provide science basis for preventing and controlling occupational damage cases by TCE in Longgang district.Methods:All occupational damage cases was diagnosed,the disease categories,trade and reason were analysed.Results:In 18 occupational damage cases,there were 21 occupational patients and 7 of them died.The fatality rate was 33.3%.In all cases,there were 17 cases of medicamentos like dermatitis caused by TCE,20 occupational patients and 6 of them died,the fatality rate was 30.0%.There were 1 case of occupational acute trichloroethylene poisoning,1 occupational patients and died.Conclusion:The most cases of occupational damage cases by TCE were medicamentosa like dermatitis caused by TCE.The most reason of occupational damage cases were not good of airtight ventilation system,failing to provide the individual-used occupational-disease-prevention articles,or to provide the poor individual-used occupational-disease-prevention articles and laborers not gain the necessary occupational health knowledge.JP]
