摘    要:目的研究复方土荆皮酊中土荆皮提取的最佳浸泡工艺,防止贮存过程中沉淀的产生。方法采用正交设计法,以不产生沉淀的天数为指标,考察醇度、药材细度和浸泡时间对沉淀产生的影响。结果最佳的提取工艺为,95%乙醇为溶剂,土荆皮细度为粗粉,浸泡时间为48h。结论正交试验所得提取工艺合理,为复方土荆皮酊的工业化生产提供了科学依据。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the extraction process of Pseudolarix kaempferi in Compound Tujingpi Tincture in order to prevent precipitation during storage. Methods The orthogonal test design was used in the studies of ethanol concentration, size of medicinal material and soaking time, and the days of no precipitation were used as the guide in the test. Results The optimal condition was adding 95% ethanol and soaking coarse powder of medicinal material for 48 h. Conclusion The extraction process is reasonable and provides the scientific basis for industrialized process of Compound Tujingpi Tincture.
