| 摘 要： | 测定扑尔敏含量及均匀度，用以考察咳特灵胶囊的质量标准，本文采用锌试剂络合，二氯乙烷萃取及分光光度法，测定咳特灵胶囊中扑尔敏的含量及均匀度。结果表明此方法准确、可靠，可作为控制其内在质量的一项指标。

| Abstract: | Test the content of chlorpheniramine maleate and homogeneity so that we can re- search the quality leved of keteling capsule.In order to control the dgree of chlorpheniramine maleate variation,prove the medicine quality better.This arbicle take Zinc with dichloroethane ex- traction and spectrophotometry,test the chlorpheniramine maleate content and homogeneity in Keteling capsule.The result show this method is exact and reliable.This method can be taken as the quality control level. |
