| 摘 要： | 目的：观察强肝再生丸、硝苯吡啶单用和联合治疗肝炎后肝硬化（PHC）的临床疗效。方法：64例PHC患随机分为3组：强肝再生丸组：强肝再生丸8g,tid；硝苯吡啶组：硝苯吡啶10mg,tid；联用组：上述两组药物同时服用，剂量相同；疗程3mon。结果：强肝再生丸与硝苯吡啶联合治疗PHC疗效明显优于单用强肝再生丸或硝苯吡啶。结论：强肝再生丸与硝苯吡啶联合治疗PHC疗效显。

| Abstract: | AIM: To observe efficacy of the qiangganzaisheng pill and nifedipine alone and in combination in the treatment of the cirrhosis related hepatitis (CRH). METHODS: The 64 cases of the patients with CRH were randomly divided into three groups: the qiangganzaisheng pill group, the nifedipine group and qiangganzaisheng+nifedipine group. Each treatment lasted for 3 mon. RESULTS: The clinical curative effect of qiangganzaisheng pill and nifedipine in combination was better than that of qiangganzaisheng pill or nifedipine alone. CONCLUSION: The clinical efficacy of qiangganzaisheng pill and nifedipine used in combination in the treatment of CRH is remarkable. |
