| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨治疗前后神经根型颈椎病的颈椎曲线深度的变化与疗效的关系。方法]枕颌牵引加普通针刺的方法治疗神经根型颈椎病120例,并测量治疗前后神经根型颈椎病的颈椎曲线深度。结果]治愈81例,好转27例,无效12例,总有效率90%。结论]神经根型颈椎病的疗效与颈椎曲线深度的变化明显相关,颈椎曲线深度的变化不仅可以作为诊断颈椎病的指标,也可以作为治疗颈椎病的疗效评定的指标。
