小儿肺炎应用喜炎平加阿奇霉素治疗的效果初步评定

目的：探究喜炎平与阿奇霉素联合治疗小儿肺炎的临床价值。方法：选取小儿肺炎患者120例，时间为2014年1月～2015年6月，简单随机化法分为两组，分别给予阿奇霉素治疗以及阿奇霉素联合喜炎平治疗，对比两组治疗效果。结果：实验组治疗疗效、症状体征改善时间以及不良反应情况均与对照组相比，差异显著（P<0.05）。结论：小儿肺炎接受阿奇霉素联合喜炎平治疗，可较好改善临床症状，不会导致严重的不良反应，安全有效，值得应用。

Preliminary evaluation of pediatric pneumonia with azithromycin treatment effect of Xiyanping application

Objective:To explore the clinical value of Xiyanping injection and azithromycin in treatment of infantile pneumonia. Methods:a total of 120 cases of pediatric pneumonia patients, the time for January 2014 and 2015, June, randomly divided into two groups, were given azithromycin therapy and Azithromycin combined with Xiyanping, compared two groups of children with pneumonia the clinical curative effect of difference. Results:in the experimental group, the curative effect, the improvement of symptoms and signs, the improvement of symptoms and signs and adverse reactions were significantly different (P<0.05) compared with the control group. Conclusion:pediatric pneumonia patients received Azithromycin combined with Xiyanping treatment, can improve the patients clinical symptoms and do not lead to serious adverse reactions in patients. It is safe and effective, and worthy of application.
