糖尿病心脏病心力衰竭采用盐酸贝那普利联合螺内酯治疗的效果观察

目的：探讨糖尿病心脏病心力衰竭采用盐酸贝那普利联合螺内酯治疗的效果。方法：选取96例糖尿病心脏病心力衰竭患者作为研究对象，对照组采取常规治疗，观察组在常规治疗的基础上，采用盐酸贝那普利联合螺内酯治疗；对比分析两组疗效观察指标。结果：治疗后，观察组SV、CO及EF值均较治疗前水平，显著增大；LVEDD及LVESD值均较治疗前水平，显著减小；治疗前后具有显著差异（P＜0.05），且改善程度显著大于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：盐酸贝那普利联合螺内酯治疗糖尿病心脏病心力衰竭，可显著提高患者的心功能，逆转心室重构，值得临床推广。
