瑞芬太尼联合咪达唑仑对子宫肌瘤术患者应激反应的影响

目的：探讨瑞芬太尼联合咪达唑仑对子宫肌瘤术患者应激反应的影响。方法：选取2012年10月～2015年11月我院行子宫肌瘤术治疗的患者100例，依据随机分配原则分为联合组和对照组，每组50例，对照组于椎管内麻醉前给予咪达唑仑治疗，联合组在此基础上给予瑞芬太尼治疗，统计分析所有患者手术开始时（T0）、穿刺时（T1）、切皮时（T2）、牵拉子宫时（T3）、缝合时（T4）的心率（HR）变化及平均动脉压（MAP）。结果：联合组和对照组在T0的HR及MAP水平基本相同，无显著差异（P>0.05）；联合组在T1、T2、T3、T4的HR及MAP水平明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：瑞芬太尼联合咪达唑仑可有效减轻子宫肌瘤术患者手术过程中的应激反应，具有良好的镇静效果，值得临床推广。

effect of rui fentanyl joint midazolam in patients with uterine fibroids perioperative stress response

Objective:To discuss the effect of rui fentanyl joint midazolam in patients with uterine fibroids perioperative stress response. Methods: 100 patients with uterine fibroids perioperative were selected 2012 in our Hospitals. According to the random distribution, all patients were divided into joint group and midazolam group, 50 cases in each group and control group in patients with spinal canal anesthesia midazolam was given before the joint group on the basis of the given fentanyl treatment,analysed all patients at the beginning surgery(T0), when the puncture(T1), cut the skin(T2), pull when sewing the uterus(T3), the changes of heart rate(HR) of(T4) and mean arterial pressure (MAP) pain.Results: Joint group and midazolam group patients in T0 had the same level of HR and MAP, there was no significant difference (P>0.05);The group of patients in T1, T2, T3, T4 levels of HR and MAP was lower than that in group midazolam, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions:Rui fentanyl combined midazolam can effectively reduce the stress reaction in patients with uterine fibroids perioperative surgical,it have better sedation effect,it’s worth for further clinical promotion.
