糖皮质激素联合氯米芬治疗PCOS对患者血清FSH及LH的影响

目的：探讨糖皮质激素联合氯米芬治疗PCOS的疗效，并观察对患者血清FSH及LH的影响。方法：选取我院2013年1月～2014年12月妇产科收治的76例多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）患者为研究对象，采用随机抽签法均分为对照组和观察组，对照组给予氯米芬治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合糖皮质激素二甲双胍治疗，疗程均为1周。比较两组用药后临床疗效观察患者血清中促卵泡激素（FSH）和促黄体生成素（LH）、血清泌乳素（PRL）的变化情况。结果：治疗后观察组总有效率97.37%比对照组84.21%高，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后两组患者血清中FSH、LH、PRL均较治疗前下降，观察组FSH（6.12±1.32）IU/L、LH（7.10±2.50）IU/L、PRL（15.21±6.21）ng/L均较对照组下降显著，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：二甲双胍联合氯米芬对PCOS引起的无排卵性不孕临床疗效显著，同时可降低患者血清中的FSH、LH激素水平，能够提高排卵率。

Effect of glucocorticoid combined with clomiphene in treatment of PCOS of FSH and LH in serum

Objective: To investigate the effect of glucocorticoid combined chlorine clomiphene in treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), and to observe the influence of serum FSH and LH. Methods: selected in our hospital in January 2013~2014 December Department of gynaecology and obstetrics in 76 cases of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) patients as the research object, the draw were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, patients in control group were treated by clomiphene treatment, the observation group in the control group based on the combined with glucocorticoid metformin treatment, a course of 1 week. Treatment of two groups were compared after clinical curative effect and the changes of serum follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), and luteinizing prime (LH), serum prolactin prime (PRL) changes. Results: after treatment, the observation group the total efficiency is 97.37%higher than the control group of 84.21%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment in two groups of patients with serum FSH, LH and PRL were compared with those before treatment decreased the observation FSH group(6.12±1.32) IU/ L, LH (7.10±2.50) IU / L, PRL (15.21±6.21)ng / L were lower than those in the control group decreased significantly, and the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:metformin combined with clomiphene citrate for PCOS induced no ovulation infertility clinical curative effect significantly and reduce serum FSH, LH levels, can improve the ovulation rate.
