摘    要:目的:比较5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法(5-ALA-PDT)与口服异维A酸治疗面部中重度痤疮的疗效。方法:将55例中重度痤疮患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,治疗组予5-ALA-PDT治疗,对照组予口服异维A酸及外用红霉素软膏治疗,治疗后3个月观察疗效,半年观察复发率。结果:治疗后3个月临床治愈率治疗组为59.1%,对照组为29.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后半年两组均未见复发病例。结论:5-ALA-PDT具有疗程短、起效快、副作用小、操作简单、治愈率高等优点,且无感染、形成瘢痕等风险,安全性高,不易复发,值得临床推广。

Abstract:Objective: To study the effect between 5-aminolevulinie acid photodynamic therapy (5-ALA-PDT) and oral isotretinoin therapy on facial moderate and severe acne. Methods: Fifty-five patients with moderate-severe acne were randomly divided into treatment group (n=25) and control group (n=30). Patients in treatment group were treated with 5-ALA-PDT, and the control group was given oral isotretinoin and topical erythromycin ointment. Treatment efficacy was compared after three months; the relapse rate was observed and compared after six months. Results: The total effective rate was significantly higher in treatment group (59.1%) than in control group (29.6%) 3 months after therapy. There was no recurrence in the two groups 0.5 year after therapy. Conclusion: 5-ALA-PDT has a short course, rapid onset, little side effect, simple operation, and the cure rate is high, no infection and risk of scar formation, also it has high safety and less recurrence, and it is worth clinical application in the treatment of moderate and severe acne.
