液氮冷冻治疗寻常型斑块状银屑病的疗效观察

目的：分析探讨对寻常型斑块状银屑病应用液氮冷冻治疗的临床效果。方法：选取2013年1月～2015年8月来院就诊的126例寻常型斑块状银屑病患者作为研究对象，根据患者入院日期尾数将其分为实验组和对照组。对照组63例给予糠酸莫米松进行治疗；实验组63例在此基础上使用液氮冷冻的方式进行干预。分析对比两组临床有效率、严重指数（PASI）以及不良反应发生率。结果：实验组加用液氮冷冻治疗干预有效率明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组在治疗前皮肤破损的面积、红斑、瘙痒、鳞屑综合严重指数（PASI）差异不显著，治疗后实验组低于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗后实验组患者低于对照组，皮损面积、鳞屑厚度在治疗后也显著优于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组治疗后均未发生严重的不良反应，实验组中2例轻微皮肤刺激没有经过任何处理，快速缓解，组间差异不显著。结论：相对于单独应用糠酸莫米松，寻常型斑块状银屑病应用液氮冷冻治疗具有更好的疗效，患者的症状改善明显、不良反应较小，安全可靠，具有临床应用价值。

Study on the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris with liquid nitrogen freezing

Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of the application of liquid nitrogen frozen in the treatment of patients with psoriasis vulgaris. Methods:Choose from January 2013 to 2015 August as the object of study, according to the patientˊs admission date mantissa will be divided into the experimental group and the control group in our hospital for treatment of 126 patients with vulgaris plaque psoriasis patients. The control group of 63 patients received mometasone furoate therapy; In the experimental group, 63 cases were intervened with the method of liquid nitrogen freezing. The differences of the clinical efficiency, the severity index (PASI) and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results: Observation after treatment with liquid nitrogen freezing efficiency of patients in the intervention group was significantly higher than the control group, (P<0.05);Area in two groups of patients before treatment damaged skin, redness, itching, scaling Aggregate Severity Index (PASI) was not significantly different after treatment, patients in the experimental group than the control group(P<0.05);after treatment, patients in the experimental group than in the control group, lesion area, thickness scales after treatment was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05);the two groups after treatment were no adverse reaction in the experimental group. Conclusion: The clinical application of liquid nitrogen freezing treatment in patients with psoriasis vulgaris has a better effect, and the symptoms of patients with psoriasis vulgaris are improved significantly, and the adverse reactions are small, safe and reliable, with high clinical application value.
