乌司他丁对急诊肝切除术后肝肾功能的影响

目的：分析乌司他丁对急诊切除术后肝肾功能造成的影响。方法：30例研究对象均为我院于2008年3月～2015年6月收治的原发性肝癌自发破裂出血患者，所有患者进行急诊肝切除术，并按照患者入院治疗的顺序划分为观察组以及对照组，对照组只进行手术，观察组在此基础上应用乌司他丁20万U。对比两组手术前、手术d4以及d7的相关指标。结果：观察组和对照组经过不同方法治疗，手术前的肝功能相关指标以及肾功能指标，差异并不显著，无统计学意义，手术后d4以及d7的肝功能相关指标以及肾功能指标经比较，差异显著加强，有统计学意义。结论：对于原发性肝癌自发破裂出血在围手术期时采用乌司他丁对肝肾功能具有一定的保护效果。

Ulinastatin for emergency,the influence of liver and kidney function after liver resection

Objective:to analysis of ulinastatin on emergency resection of liver and kidney function after the impact.Methods:in 30 cases of the research object of this study are of our hospital in March 2008 ~ June 2015 admitted during the period of primary liver cancer patients with spontaneous rupture bleeding, all patients were performed emergency hepatectomy, and according to the order of hospitalized patients with can be divided into observation group and control group, control group only underwent surgery, observation group based on the application of ulinastatin 200000 U.Compare two groups of patients before surgery, surgical day 4 and related indexes of 7 days.Results: observation group and control group patients after different treatment methods, before the surgery of indicators related to liver function and renal function indexes, difference is not significant, no statistical significance, and the fourth day and 7 days after surgery of indicators related to liver function and renal function indexes were compared and differentiated significantly strengthened, statistical significance.Conclusion: for patients with spontaneous rupture of primary liver cancer hemorrhage using ulinastatin during perioperative protection of liver and kidney function has certain effect.
