| 摘 要： | 目的探讨冠心病患者心电图复极离散度的意义。方法非器质性心脏病对照组50例,冠心病组50例,描记两组的常规12导联心电图,测量QT间期（QT）、QTc间期（QTc）、QT离散度（QTd）、校正QT离散度（QTcd）、T波峰-T波末间期（Tp-Te）和T波峰-T波末间期离散度（Tp-Te间期离散度）,并进行统计学分析。结果冠心病组Tp-Te间期、Tp-Te间期离散度与对照组相比均有延长（P〈0.001）。结论 Tp-Te间期及Tp-Te间期离散度的延长对预测危险室性心律失常有一定意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the significance of ECG repolarization dispersion in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods The QT interval,QTc interval,QT dispersion（QTd）,corrected QT dispersion（QTcd）,Tpeak-Tend interval（Tp-Te）and Tpeak-Tend interval dispersion（Tp-Te Interval dispersion）in the 12 leads of electrocardiograms were measured and compared in 50 patients with coronary heart disease（CHD group）and 50 health people（control group）.Results Tp-Te interval dispersion in CHD group was longer than that in control group（P0.001）. Conclusion The Tpeak-Tend interval and Tpeak-Tend interval dispersion extension have certain significance to predicting dangerous ventricular arrhythmia. |
