壳聚糖止血机理及应用进展研究

摘    要:近年来,随着壳聚糖在止血等领域中发挥着越来越重要的作用,对于壳聚糖的止血机理及应用进展已受到学者越来越多的关注。壳聚糖发挥止血作用主要依靠与红细胞发生粘附聚集,对血小板进行有效刺激,活化补体系统及其他血液成分进行促凝,使血液迅速发生凝固从而达到有效止血的目的。壳聚糖具有很强的可塑性,可形成多种不同形式的止血材料;壳聚糖还具有抗菌、促进伤口愈合、防止腹膜粘连等一系列作用,现已被临床广泛应用。
