精神分裂症患者应对方式和社会交往的相关性研究

目的：探讨精神分裂症患者应对方式和社会交往及两者间的相关性。方法：采用医学应对问卷（MCMQ）和社交回避及苦恼量表（SAD）对91例恢复期精神分裂症患者进行评定。结果：（1）精神分裂症患者MCMQ的回避，屈服因子分及SAD评分明显偏高，而面对因子分明显偏低；（2）MCMQ面对因子分与SAD评分呈明显的负相关。而回避，屈服因子分与SAD评分呈明显的正相关。结论：精神分裂症患者应对方式偏向以消极的回避，屈服为主，且存在一定程度的社交困难，心理行为指导和应激干预工作应予重视。

Coping style and social avoidance and distress in patients with schizophrenia

Objective To explore the characteristic of th e coping style a nd the sociality in patients with schizophrenia,and the relationship between th em. Methods 91 recovered schizophrenic patients were inv estigated by Medical Coping Mode Questionnaire (MCMQ) and Social Avoidance and Distress Scale (SAD). Results (1)The score of avoidance, resignation and SAD i s higher in patients with schizophrenia than that in other patients,on the contrary,the score of confrontation is lower. (2) There was a significant negative correlation betwee n SAD and confrontation score,and a positive correlation between SAD and avoidanctation sc ore,r esignation score. Conclusions The coping style in patien ts with schizophrenia is negative, there are some problems of sociality in them,so the psychobehavior in tervention should be emphasied in recovered schizophrenic patients.
