体外受精-胚胎移植术中使用冷冻供精及夫精的临床效果观察

目的 观察比较IVF-ET中使用冷冻供精及夫精的临床效果,了解正常精液经冷冻保存后使用是否影响IVF-ET的效果。方法 回顾本院常规IVF-ET中使用新鲜夫精172周期(夫精组)及采用冷冻供精47个周期(供精组)资料,对两组的精液情况、受精率、卵裂率以及临床妊娠率进行分析比较。结果 冷冻供精组在精子密度、精子总活动率、前向运动精子率3项指标均低于新鲜夫精组(P<0.01),而受精率、卵裂率、临床妊娠率两组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 正常精液经冷冻保存后,尽管精液各项参数有一定改变,但对IVF-ET中受精率、卵裂率及临床妊娠率无明显影响。

Clinical effect observation of adopting frozen donor semen and fresh husband sperm in IVF-ET

Objective To access whether the IVF-ET effect is affected by sperm cryopreservation through observing the clinical effect of adopting frozen donor semen and fresh husband sperm in IVF-ET (In Vitro Fertilization-Embryo Transfer). Methods Data of 172 cycles fresh husband sperm (fresh husband's sperm group) and 47 cycles adopting frozen donor sperm (forzen donor sperm group) in routine IVF-ET was observed and the sperm status, fertility rate, merogenesis rate and clinical pregnancy rate between these two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The sperm concentration, sperm total motility rate, forward moving sperm rate in the frozen sperm group are lower than those in the fresh sperm group(P<0.01), while there is no significant difference in fertility rate, merogenesis rate and clinical pregnancy rate between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusions After cryopreservation, the parameters of sperm may alter to certain degree, but there is no significant effect on the fertility rate,merogenesis rate and clinical pregnancy rate in IVF-ET.
