| 摘 要： | 本文采用SOD/LPO作为反映荷瘤小鼠过氧化系统与抗氧化系统间关系的指标,观测了几种营养性抗氧化剂(V_E、V_C及Se等)对荷瘤宿主淋巴样器官LPO、SOD水平的影响及其与肿瘤增长的关系。结果表明,Se(Na_2SeO_3 1mg/kg体重)和V_E(5mg/kg体重)能显著增加荷瘤宿主淋巴样器官SOD/LPO比值,并抑制癌细胞的增殖,几种抗氧化剂联合应用时效果更为显著,提示这些抗氧化剂在淋巴样器官中的抗氧化作用可能与维持机体免疫功能相关。表明抗氧化剂在防癌、抗癌中的作用、机制及其应用值得进一步研究。

| Abstract: | The SOD/LPO ratio has been proposeb and used as a new marker toreflect the relationship between peroxidation and antioxidation, andthe effects of several nutritional antioxidants on the SOD/LPO valuesin the lymphoid organs of mice bearing tumor and on the proliferationof tumor cells have been investigated. The results showed that thesuitable dosage antioxidants (Na_2 Seo_3 1mg/kg BW or V_E 5mg/kg BW)not only inhibites the proliferation of tumor cells, but also increasesSOD/LPO values in lymphoid organs of hosts bearing cancer cells, andthe effect was more obvious when combination use of Se with V_E andVc. This suggests the antioxidative role in the lymphoid organs of aboveantioxidantsis closely related to the immune function of the hosts. Thefurther study on the role , use and mechanism of antioxidants inprotection against cancer is worthwhile. |
