胃康灵胶囊中延胡索乙素的含量测定

目的探索测定胃康灵胶囊中延胡索乙素含量的方法。方法高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为C18柱,VP-ODS150mm×4.6mm。流动相为甲醇-7%乙酸-4%乙酸铵(36∶32∶33),流速1.0mL.min-1,柱温为25℃,检测波长为280nm。结果精密度和稳定性均良好;延胡索乙素浓度在0.032~0.177mg.mL-1范围内,峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9997,平均回收率为98.4%;延胡索乙素与其相邻杂质峰的分离度符合要求。结论本方法简便、专属、重现性好,也可用于延胡索药材及其它制剂的含量测定。

HPLC Determination of Tetrahydropalmatine in weikangling capsules

OBJECTIVE To develop a method for determination of tetrahydropalmtine in weikangling capsules.METHODS Using a RP-HPLC method with C18 column,VP-ODS 150mm×4.6mm,the mobile phase was a mixture of methanol-7% acetic acid-4%ammonium acetate(36∶32∶33),flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1,column temperature was 25℃ and with the detection wavelength was 280 nm.RESULTS The precision and stability were fine.The linear correlation was observed for the concentration of 0.032mg·mL-1~0.177mg·mL-1(r=0.9997).The average recovery was 98.4%.resolution between tetrahydropalmatine and other peaks met the requirements.CONCLUSION The method was convenient,selective and reproducible for determination of tetrahydropalmatine in Rhizoma Corydalis and its preparation.
