马鞍山市初中学生呼吸系统症状影响因素分析

目的　了解中学生呼吸系统症状的影响因素 ,为有效预防呼吸系统疾病提供依据。方法　对 4所初中学校所有在校学生进行呼吸系统健康状况和家庭问卷调查 ,采用多元非条件Logistic回归模型就中学生呼吸系统症状的影响因素进行分析。结果　在对其他因素进行控制以后 ,污染区学校学生各种呼吸系统症状的出现均高于相对清洁区学校学生 ;室内空气污染因素中平时不开或很少开窗通风、家里使用地毯、饲养猫狗等宠物、与别人共用卧室、冬季取暖、家人有吸烟等因素对中学生呼吸系统不同症状的出现有一定的负面影响 ;同时 ,中学生呼吸系统症状与性别、年龄、母亲文化程度、家庭人均月收入有一定的统计学关联。结论　中学生呼吸系统症状受到多个因素的综合影响 ,室内外空气污染、儿童自身因素、家庭因素等均可能对其产生不利影响

Influencing Factors of Respiratory Symptoms Among Middle School Students in Maanshan

Objective To explore the influencing factors of respiratory symptoms among middle school students, and to provide basis for respiratory disease prevention.Methods A questionnaire investigation based on students respiratory health and family conditions was carried out among 4 middle school students. Data were sent into unconditional multiple regression logistic model to analyze the influencing factors.Results After controlling other factors, the incidence of respiratory symptoms in polluted area was higher than in cleaner area. The following factors were found to have negative effects on respiratory symptoms in middle school students , including seldom opening windows, using carpets, feeding pets(such as cats and dogs), sharing bedroom with others,warming in winter, family smoking. It was also found to have statistically association with sex, age, mother's education background and average income.Conclusion The incidence of respiratory symptoms in middle school students was influenced by many factors. Air pollution, personal factors and family factors are all found to have possible negative effects on it.
