二丁酰环磷腺苷钙对冠心病心衰患者左心室泵功能的影响

目的探讨二丁酰环磷腺苷钙对冠心病心衰患者左心室泵功能的影响。方法将冠心病心衰患者分为试验组41例和对照组39例,分别在常规基础治疗时加用或不加用二丁酰环磷腺苷钙,疗程为15d,分别检测用药前后能反映左心室泵功能的射血分数(EF)、每搏排血量指数(SVI)和每分排血量指数(CI)。结果试验组的EF、SVI和CI均比对照组显著升高(均P<0.01)。结论二丁酰环磷腺苷钙可改善冠心病心衰患者左心室泵功能。

Effects of Calcium Dibutyryladenosine Cyclophosphate on Left Ventricular Pump Function of Patients with Coronary Heart Drsease Accompanied by Heart failure

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of calcium dibutyryladenosine cyclophosphate on left ventricular pump funtion of patients with coronary heart disease accompanied by heart failure.Methods 80 cases with coronary heart disease accompanied by heart failure were randomly divided into two groups:experiment group and control group.Both groups of cases were treated with the same basic methods.But calcium dibutyryladenosine cyclophosphate was administered to the experiment group.The course of treatment was 15 days.Ejection fraction (EF),stroke volume index (SVI) and cardiac output index (CI) reprsenting left ventricular pump funtion were measured before and after treatment respectively.Results EF,SVI and CI in the experiment group were significantly higher than those in the control group.Conclusions Calcium dibutyryladenosine cyclophosphate can be used to improve left ventriular pump funtion of patients with coronary heart disease accompanied by heart failure.
