通络扶正汤联合针刺治疗中风后偏瘫患者的效果

目的:观察通络扶正汤联合针刺治疗中风后偏瘫患者的效果。方法:选取60例中风后偏瘫患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各30例。两组均行常规治疗,在此基础上对照组给予针刺治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用通络扶正汤治疗。比较两组疗效,治疗前后神经功能[改良Rankin量表(mRS)]评分、运动功能[Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表(FMA)]评分以及生命质量[简明健康状况调查问卷(SF-36)]评分。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为94.12%,高于对照组的76.47%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组mRS评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,两组FMA、SF-36评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通络扶正汤联合针刺治疗中风后偏瘫患者可提高治疗总有效率、FMA评分和生命质量评分,降低mRS评分,优于单纯针刺治疗效果。

Effects of Tongluo Fuzheng decoction combined with acupuncture on hemiplegia patients after stroke

Objective:To observe effects of Tongluo Fuzheng decoction combined with acupuncture on hemiplegia patients after stroke.Methods:60 hemiplegia patients after stroke were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by using the random number table method,30 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional treatment.On this basis,the control group was given acupuncture treatment,while the observation group was treated with Tongluo Fuzheng decoction on the basis of that of the control group.The efficacy,the neurological function score[modified Rankin scale(mRS)],the motor function score[Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA)]and the quality of life[short form health survey questionnaire(SF-36)]score were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.12%,which was higher than 76.47%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the mRS scores of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and that of the observation group significantly lower than that of the control group;the FMA scores and SF-36 scores of the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,and those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Acupuncture combined with Tongluo Fuzheng decoction in the treatment of the v can increase the total effective rate of treatment,the FMA score and the quality of life score,and reduce the mRS score.Moreover,it is superior to single acupuncture treatment.
