Study on the Mechanism of Cinnamon Twig and Poria Pill in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease Based on Network Pharmacology

Objective:To study on the mechanism of Cinnamon Twig and Poria Pill in the treatment of coronary heart disease(CHD)based on network pharmacology.Methods:The effective components and target proteins of Cinnamon Twig and Poria Pill were screened by traditional Chinese medicine systems pharmacology database and analysis platform(TCMSP).The CHD related targets were searched in GeneCards database,and the above targets were standardized by Uniprot database.The common targets of drugs and diseases were found out with the help of Draw Venny Diagram online database.The"drug-component-target"visual network diagram was constructed with Cytoscape 3.7.2 software.Protein-protein interaction(PPI)network analysis and opology analysis were conducted and core network construction was constructed with Biosgene and CytoNCA plug-ins in Cytoscape 3.7.2 software.The core network targets were imported into Hiplot online mapping tool for GO function analysis and KEGG pathway analysis.Results:A total of 210 targets of Cinnamon Twig and Poria Pill were screened and 89 potential targets were obtained by mapping with 899 CHD targets.PPI network topology screened 70 core target genes,which played a role in the treatment of CHD mainly through PI3 K-Akt,FoxO,ubiquitin mediated proteolysis,Notch,microRNA in cancer,thyroid hormone,protein processing in endoplasmic reticulum and other related signal pathways.Conclusion:Cinnamon Twig and Poria Pill can treat CHD through multi-component,multi-target and multi-channel,which provides ideas and basis for follow-up related experimental research.
