郑邦本治疗温病经验撷英

郑邦本老师认为,瘟病发病不外毒、热、瘀、滞,把病邪尽快控制在卫气营血的浅层阶段,先发制病,祛邪救正,防止传变,是提高温病危重急症疗效的关键。郑老师临证时,强调须分清温热、湿热属性,将温病归纳为温热型和湿热型两大类,诊断时重视舌诊,治疗时先安未受邪之地,继承和自创肺炎合剂、加味四妙勇安汤、达原柴胡饮、加减甘露消毒丹、水牛角地黄白虎汤和加减五味消毒饮等方剂,广泛应用于温病临床。此外,郑老师认为,凡辨证属温热或湿热者,均可按夔门郑氏温病流派的辨证方法辨治。

Zheng Bang-ben's Experience of Treating Warm Diseases

Zheng Bang-ben believes that the onset causes of warm diseases include toxin,heat,blood stasis and stagnation.Controlling the disease pathogen in the shallow stage of defense,qi,nutrient and blood as soon as possible,dispelling the pathogens and supporting the healthy qi,and preventing transmission and transformation are the key to improving the curative effect of emergent warm diseases.In clinical practice,Professor Zheng stresses the need to distinguish between warm and dampness-heat attributes,and classifies warm diseases into two categories:warm and dampness-heat types.During diagnosis,he pays attention to tongue diagnosis.During treatment,he inherits and creates Self-Made Pneumonia Mixture,Supplemented Four Wonderfully Effective Heroes Decoction,Dayuan Bupleurum Decoction,Modified Sweet Dew Toxin-Removing Elixir,White Tiger Decoction with Cornu Bubali and Radix Rehmanniae,Modified Five Ingredients Toxin-Removing Beverage,etc.,which are widely used in treating warm diseases.In addition,Professor Zheng believes that those with warm or dampness-heat syndromes can be treated according to the syndrome differentiation method of Master Zheng′s School of warm diseases in Kuimen.
