Abstract:Objective To improve professional risk awareness of nursing interns.Methods According to practicing time,98 nursing interns practicing from June 2018 to April 2019 were taken as a control group,and other 72 nursing interns practicing from June 2019 to April 2020 were regarded as an experimental group.The control group received professional risk training through traditional PPT-led adverse event analysis meeting,while the experimental group was trained using guided-learning combined with situational simulation teaching.The Chinese version of Nurses′Safety Attitude Questionnaire(C-SAQ),nurses′cognition of adverse event report questionnaire and self-designed feedback questionnaire of clinical professional risk teaching model were used to evaluate the training effect.Results After the trai-ning,the total score of C-SAQ and cognition of adverse events in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.01 for all),and the evaluation of clinical teaching model in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion Application of guided-learning combined with situational simulation teaching in nursing interns,can effectively improve their safety attitude and cognition of adverse events,and it lays the foundation for better ensuring the safety of patients in nursing practice in the future.
