浅析“辛以润之”临床运用

临床运用辛味药治疗肺燥证、肺外寒内饮证、脾胃阴虚夹湿证、肺气郁闭证、肝经寒凝证、肾阴凝结证达到润燥的目的。此处的燥主要是指体内津液代谢失常而出现的燥证。辛味药物能开腠理、致津液、通气,且能行、能散,具有动的特性。辛以润肺的机制与玄府理论密切相关。脾胃为水液代谢的枢纽,辛味药开发肠胃郁结,可打开通路,并有利于消除痰饮水湿等病理产物,从而解决因水津不布所致的燥象。辛润法治疗肾苦燥是取其味辛之性,除下焦阴寒,使津液得通,则燥自除。
