循证护理对膝关节骨肉瘤患者置换术后疼痛及生活质量的影响

目的探讨循证护理对膝关节骨肉瘤患者置换术后疼痛及生活质量的影响。方法选取2019年4月至2021年4月间郑州市骨科医院收治的100例膝关节骨肉瘤患者,采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组患者采用传统常规护理干预,观察组患者采用循证护理干预,比较两组患者的疼痛评分、膝关节功能、睡眠质量及生活质量。结果护理后,两组患者疼痛评分均低于护理前,膝关节功能评分均高于护理前,且观察组疼痛评分低于对照组,膝关节功能评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0.05)。护理后,两组患者的睡眠质量评分均低于护理前,生活质量评分均高于护理前,且观察组睡眠质量评分低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0.05)。结论循证护理干预行置换术的膝关节骨肉瘤患者,可降低患者的术后疼痛,改善膝关节功能,提高睡眠质量和生活质量。

Effects of evidence-based nursing on postoperative pain and quality of life in patients with osteosarcoma near the knee

Objective To observe the effects of evidence-based nursing on postoperative pain and quality of life in patients with osteosarcoma near the knee. Methods From April 2019 to April 2021,100 patients with osteosarcoma near the knee were selected at Zhengzhou Orthopedic Hospital. They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 50 patients in each group using a random table. The observation group was given evidence-based nursing intervention. The control group was given conventional nursing intervention. Pain score,function of the knee,sleep quality and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results Pain score decreased in the two groups after nursing compared with it before nursing and pain score was lower in the observation group than in the control group(all P <0. 05). Score of knee function increased in both groups after nursing compared with it before nursing and the score was higher in the observation group than in the control group(all P < 0. 05). After nursing,score of sleep quality decreased and quality of life score increased in the two groups compared with those before nursing(all P < 0. 05). Score of sleep quality was lower in the observation group than in the control group and quality of life score was higher in the in the observation group than in the control group(all P < 0. 05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing intervention can reduce postoperative pain and improve knee function,sleep quality and life quality in patients with osteosarcoma near the knee undergoing replacement.
