针对性护理在乳腺癌PICC置管化疗患者中的应用效果

目的:观察针对性护理在乳腺癌经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)置管化疗患者中的应用效果。方法:选取68例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各34例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施针对性护理,比较两组遵医依从性、护理前后自护能力自我护理能力量表(ESCA)]评分和并发症发生率。结果:观察组遵医依从性为97.06%(33/34),高于对照组的73.53%(25/34),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组健康知识、自护技能、自我责任感和自护概念等ESCA评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为2.94%(1/34),低于对照组的23.53%(8/34),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对性护理应用于乳腺癌PICC置管化疗患者护理中,可提高其遵医依从性和ESCA评分,降低并发症发生率,效果优于单纯常规护理。

Application effect of targeted nursing in breast cancer patients with PICC catheterization chemotherapy

Objective:To observe the application effect of targeted nursing on patients with breast cancer undergoing peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)catheterization chemotherapy.Methods:68 patients with breast cancer were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received targeted nursing.The compliance,self-care ability and complications of the two groups were compared.Results:The compliance of the observation group(97.06%)was higher than that of the control group(73.53%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The scores of health knowledge,nursing skills,sense of responsibility and nursing concept in the observation group were(39.96±3.16)points,(35.98±4.45)points,(21.78±2.03)points and(27.93±3.60)points respectively,which were all higher than those in the control group(35.34±3.25)points,(29.17±3.60)points,(18.33±2.59)points and(23.75±3.86)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group(2.94%)was higher than that in the control group(23.53%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Targeted nursing can improve the compliance and self-care ability of breast cancer patients with PICC catheterization chemotherapy,and reduce the incidence of complications.
