多元性护理对胆囊癌术后患者自我保健意识和社会适应能力的影响

目的探讨多元性护理对胆囊癌术后患者自我保健意识和社会适应能力的影响。方法选取2017年8月至2020年8月间郑州市第七人民医院收治的140例胆囊癌术后患者,采用随机数表法分为研究组和对照组,每组70例。对照组患者采用常规护理干预,研究组患者采用多元性护理干预,比较两组患者术后恢复情况、社会适应能力、自我保健意识及术后并发症发生情况。结果研究组患者术后下床活动时间、术后排气时间和住院时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0.05)。护理前,两组患者社会适应能力评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);护理后,研究组患者社会适应能力评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。研究组患者合理饮食、禁烟忌酒和按时服药等自我保健意识均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0.05)。研究组患者术后并发症总发生率为1.4%,低于对照组的12.9%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论胆囊癌术后患者采用多元性护理干预,能改善患者术后恢复指标,提高自我保健意识,增强社会适应能力,减少术后并发症发生率,值得推广应用。

Effects of diversified nursing on postoperative self-care awareness and social adaptability in patients with gallbladder cancer

Objective To analyze the effects of diversified nursing on self-care awareness and social adaptability in patients with gallbladder cancer after operation. Methods A total of 140 patients with gallbladder cancer who had undergone operation were selected at Zhengzhou Seventh People’s Hospital from August 2017 to August 2020. They were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group using a random table with 70 patients in each group. The experimental group received diversified nursing and the control group received conventional nursing. The postoperative recovery,social adaptability,self-care awareness and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results Time to out-of-bed activities,time to postoperative exhaust and length of hospital stay was shorter in the experimental group than in the control group(all P < 0. 05). There was no significant difference in the scores of social adaptabilities between the two groups before nursing(P > 0. 05). After nursing,social adaptabilities were better in the experimental group than in the control group(all P < 0. 05). After nursing,reasonable diet,avoiding alcohol and smoking and self-care awareness was better in the experimental group than in the control group(all P < 0. 05). The overall incidence of postoperative complications was 1. 4% in the study group,which was significantly lower than 12. 9% of the control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Diversified nursing intervention can significantly improve postoperative recovery and self-care awareness,enhance social adaptability and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in patients with gallbladder cancer after operation. It has positive clinical significance and is worthy of wide application.
