专科护士工作投入量表的编制及信效度检验

摘    要:目的编制适合我国文化背景的专科护士工作投入量表并进行信效度检验,为专科护士工作投入水平测量提供工具。方法根据文献回顾、半结构式访谈及专家函询形成量表初稿;通过江苏省专科护士在线培训平台对2 260名省级专科护士进行问卷调查。结果探索性因子分析提取5个公因子共32个条目,累积方差贡献率为63.281%;验证性因子分析提示模型拟合满意(χ2/df=2.462,GFI=0.941,NFI=0.955,CFI=0.964,RMSEA=0.041)。量表I-CVI为0.834~1.000,S-CVI为0.842,总量表Cronbach′sα系数为0.958,折半信度为0.895。结论专科护士工作投入量表具有较好的信效度,可作为专科护工作投入水平的测量工具。

Abstract:Objective To develop a scale to measure work engagement in Chinese specialty nurses based on our culture background, and to test its validity and reliability.Methods The initial scale was formulated by literature review, semi-structured interview and expert consultation. Totally, 2,260 specialty nurses registered in Jiangsu Province specialty nurse online training platform were invited to complete the questionnaire survey.Results Exploratory factor analysis revealed 5 factors, totaling to 32 items, which explained 63.281% of the accumulated variances. Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the 5-factor model fit well, and the mo-del fit indices were χ2/df=2.462,GFI=0.941,NFI=0.955,CFI=0.964, RMSEA=0.041. The item-level content validity index(CVI) ranged from 0.834 to 1.000, and the scale-level CVI was 0.842. The Cronbach′s α coefficient for the total scale was 0.958, and the spilt-half reliability coefficient was 0.895.Conclusion The Specialty Nurse Work Engagement Scale is valid and re-liable to measure work engagement in specialty nurses.
