巴曲酶联合鼓室注射地塞米松治疗突发性聋患者的效果

目的:观察巴曲酶联合鼓室注射地塞米松治疗突发性聋患者的效果。方法:选取98例突发性聋患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各49例。对照组采用鼓室注射地塞米松治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用巴曲酶治疗,两组均持续治疗10 d。比较两组临床疗效、临床症状改善时间、治疗前后血清学指标[内皮素(ET)、一氧化氮(NO)]水平和不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为97.96%(48/49),高于对照组的77.55%(38/49),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组听力恢复、眩晕消失、耳闷消失和耳鸣消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组ET水平低于对照组,NO水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:巴曲酶联合鼓室注射地塞米松治疗突发性聋患者,可提高治疗总有效率和血清NO水平,降低血清ET水平,加快临床症状缓解,效果优于单用鼓室注射地塞米松治疗,且安全性良好。

Effects of Batroxobin combined with tympanic injection of Dexamethasone in treatment of patients with sudden deafness

Objective:To observe effects of Batroxobin combined with tympanic injection of Dexamethasone in treatment of patients with sudden deafness.Methods:98 patients with sudden deafness were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,each with 49 cases.The control group was treated with tympanum injection of Dexamethasone,while the study group was treated with Batroxobin on the basis of that of the control group.Both groups were continuously treated for 10 days.The clinical efficacy,the clinical symptom improvement time(hearing recovery,dizziness disappearance,ear fullness disappearance and tinnitus disappearance time),the serological index levels[endothelin(ET),nitric oxide(NO)]before and after the treatment,and the adverse reactions rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 97.96%(48/49),which was higher than the control group of 77.55%(38/49),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hearing recovery,dizziness disappearance,ear fullness disappearance and tinnitus disappearance time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the ET level of the study group was lower than that of the control group;the level of NO was higher than that of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Batroxobin combined with tympanic injection of Dexamethasone in the treatment of the patients with sudden deafness can increase the total effective rate of treatment and the serum NO levels,reduce the serum ET levels,and accelerate the relief of clinical symptoms with good safety.Moreover,it is superior to single tympanic injection of Dexamethasone.
