综合康复护理对冠心病患者运动耐力及心肺储备功能的改善效果

目的:观察综合康复护理对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)患者运动耐力及心肺储备功能的改善效果。方法:选取84例冠心病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各42例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用综合康复护理,比较康复前、康复6个月后心脏储备功能指标左室射血分数(LVEF)、安静时的峰值代谢当量、峰值心率(HRpeak)]水平、6 min步行距离(6MWD)和心血管不良事件发生率。结果:康复6个月后,观察组LVEF、HRpeak和峰值代谢当量水平均高于对照组,6MWD长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组心血管不良事件发生率为2.38%(1/42),低于对照组的19.05%(8/42),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理基础上采用综合康复护理可提高冠心病患者心脏储备功能指标水平和6MWD,降低心血管不良事件发生率,效果优于单纯常规护理。

Effects of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on exercise endurance and cardiopulmonary reserve function improvements of patients with coronary heart disease

Objective:To observe Effects of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on exercise endurance and cardiopulmonary reserve function improvements of patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:84 patients with coronary heart disease were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,42 cases in each.The control group used conventional nursing,while the observation group was given the comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on the basis of that of the control group.The cardiac reserve function index levelsleft ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),peak metabolic equivalent at rest,peak heart rate(HRpeak)],the 6-min walking distance(6MWD),and the incidence of adverse cardiovascular event were compared between the two groups before and 6 months after the recovery.Results:After 6 months of recovery,the LVEF,HRpeak and peak metabolic equivalent levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group;the 6MWD was longer than the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events in the observation group was 2.38%(1/42),which was lower than the control group of 19.05%(8/42),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the conventional nursing,the comprehensive rehabilitation nursing can improve the levels of cardiac reserve function indexes and the 6-min walking distance of the patients with coronary heart disease,and reduce the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events.Moreover,it is superior to single conventional nursing.
