Effect of combined intravenous-inhalational anesthesia and total intravenous anesthesia on relevant serum factors in patients with ovarian cancer

Objective To analyze the use of combined intravenous-inhalational anesthesia and total intravenous anesthesia in patients with ovarian cancer. Methods Fifty patients with ovarian cancer were selected at Huashan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University from January 2020 to December 2020. They were divided into an observation group(combined intravenous-inhalational anesthesia) and a control group(total intravenous anesthesia) based on the anesthesia they received with 25 patients in each group. The effects on CD3⁺,CD4⁺,nitric oxide(NO) and prolactin(PRL) were compared between the two groups.Results CD3⁺and CD4⁺levels were higher in the observation group than in the control group after the surgery(all P < 0. 05). There was no significant difference in serum NO and PRL before induction(P >0. 05). Serum NO and PRL were high during skin incision and at 1 h of the operation compared with before induction and the levels were lower in the observation group than in the control group(all P < 0. 05).Conclusion Total intravenous anesthesia can improve the anesthesia effect,reduce PRL concentration and shorten the length of wake-up from anesthesia in patients with ovarian cancer undergoing surgery. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
